About
Rebecca Moul, D.O., is an orthopedic surgeon with Lemak Health, an affiliate of Grandview Health. Dr. Moul is board certified and specializes in arthroscopy and sports medicine. Her special interests are in general orthopedics and fracture care.
Dr. Moul takes a logical, common-sense approach to treatment that emphasizes understanding individual goals for recovery. She combines that knowledge with her experience and the latest operative and non-operative methods to provide a customized treatment plan. As a former NCAA Division I tennis player, Dr. Moul derives a great sense of personal satisfaction from helping patients improve their lives and rebound from a variety of musculoskeletal issues.
Dr. Moul earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Bonaventure University in upstate New York, graduating with honors. She earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004, and then completed her internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Memorial Hospital in York, PA, in 2009. Dr. Moul went on to complete a fellowship in arthroscopy and sports medicine at New Mexico Orthopaedic Associates in Albuquerque, NM, where she cared for amateur and professional athletes.
Although born and raised in upstate New York, Dr. Moul has always considered Alabama to be her home, as her parents were born and raised in the Birmingham area. Her most cherished childhood memories were summers, holidays, and vacations spent with family in Alabama. Away from the office, Dr. Moul enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her husband and three children.
